Monmouthshire is the fourth smallest Welsh county,
only bigger than Radnorshire, Anglesey and Flintshire.
Even though it is small it still packs a mighty punch
when it comes to activities and places to visit. For
example there is the Old market town of Chepstow with
its castle perched high above the banks of the river
Wye and the town.
Then of course there is the golf, the county boasts
some lovely courses such as Alice Springs, Monmouthshire
and The Celtic Manor Resort to name but a few. which
will host the Ryder Cup in 2010
Our featured club website this month
is Dewstow Golf Club, Monmouthshire
Situated in the South East corner of South Wales, Dewstow Golf Club with its two great golf courses is ideally located for society and corporate days. Dewstow is approximately 5 miles from both Severn crossings and specialises in small and large golf days of up to 200 people.
When you visit and enjoy this friendly golf course you can also spend time at the nearby Hidden Gardens which are linked to the golf course.
If your partner is a non-golfer, the perfect place to visit while you enjoy a round of golf.
