This two bedroom Villa sleeps 5 and is situated
in the beautiful unspoilt part of Spain. The
accommodation comprises two good size bedrooms,
both with balconies where you can sit with your
freshly picked morning orange juice. There is
a newly refurbished bathroom and luxury Kitchen
with washing machine, ironing board, fridge,
hob, microwave etc. The lounge and patio, equipped
with patio furniture, enjoy stunning views of
the golf course with the backdrop of the Sierra
Cabrera Mountains. Sky T.V is available on request
(please speak directly to the owners). Residents
have use of a lovely swimming pool just a 5
minute stroll away, and at the end of the garden
you can walk directly onto the 9th fairway!
The nearest beach is 10 to 15 minutes away ,
with plenty more in the area. Other sports available
include Bowls with lovely greens in stunning
settings, very popular with British Clubs, at
Cabrera, just one mile away and Tennis with
a superb court, within a mile with further courts
down by the beach. There are local friendly
English Agents on hand 24 hours a day.

This region is also the driest
part of Spain with an average of 10 to 20
days of rainfall per year. The Med is 15
minutes by car. Bars & Restaurants are plentiful
and reasonable, offering English menus and
good set meals, including a bottle of wine
readily available at £5. Horse riding, walking,
mountain biking, canoeing, sailing boat
hire all accessed within a 15 minute drive
and skiing is available 2 hours away.
