Spotlight on golf villas and apartments

My two bedrooms, one bathroom apartment has a patio and garden area, which is enclosed and becomes a lovely suntrap especially late morning early afternoon. The apartment is well furnished with two twin bedded rooms and an open plan lounge kitchen area, containing cooker with ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. It is fully air conditioned and there is a lift from the parking spaces below. There is also a small communal swimming pool, shared by the twelve apartments in the block. The apartment is conveniently placed amongst Cypriot housing; just around the corner is the baker, very tasty, not good for the waistline. Close by is a well stocked supermarket and plenty of eating places within walking distance for an evening out.

Peyia is a smallish but growing village on a hillside north of Paphos with plenty of character, from the centre of Peyia there is a lovely view of the coastline. Cyprus had 10 days of rain this winter, slightly less than average. In winter you can ski on Mt Olympus, in the Troodos Mountains and sit on the beach in the same day. A trip to the mountains is a must, glorious views and cooler in the summer. There are plenty of archaeological sites, many monasteries and churches to visit lots of coves and harbours to explore. Springtime is beautiful with rich flora and fauna, before the heat of summer.For those who are more energetic there are plenty of fun opportunities for many different water sports, diving, karting and hiking.
